Gift Boxes

Q. Do you provide a gift box with each product?
A. Yes, you receive a FREE gift box or pouch with each item purchased. With every half or 1 carat diamond ring you receive a highly polished wooden gift box (pictured below right).
With every Freelook watch you receive a suede watch box (pictured below left) with a removable pillow so you can use the box as a watch, jewellery or keepsake box!

Q. Can you Gift Wrap my item/s?
A. Yes, we offer FREE Gift Wrap and Card. To order, just choose the Gift Wrap option before you add a product to your Shopping Basket. If you would like us to write a message in the card please write this in the Gift Card Message box on the checkout page.

Pricing

What is your Recommended Retail Price (RRP)?
This is the Australian manufacturer's recommended retail price and is the price you would generally pay if you purchased the product in a 'bricks and mortar' jewellery store. 

What does AU$ stand for?
Australian dollars. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Mastercard and VISA, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. To protect our customers credit card details are checked and we report any transactions of suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

Q. How long will it take to process my order?
A. In Stock items - 1-5 days, On Order items - 2-3 weeks, Made to Order items - 3-4 weeks, Engraving - add 2 days, Ring Resizing - add 1 week
