Non-Australian orders are shipped by Air Mail International and are usually received within 3-10 days of being shipped. Overseas customers will have the GST deducted from the price on the final checkout page. Returns PolicyWe offer a 30-day return policy on all jewellery and watches less our original shipping cost. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for customised items (e.g. ring resizing or engraving). To return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 30 days from the date your order was shipped and we will evaluate your return request, record your product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). Once you have received this, mail the product in its original condition with a copy of the receipt and original packaging to Returns Department, PO Box 360, Kellyville, NSW 2155, Australia within 7 days of receiving your RA. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on or in the return packaging. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item. As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your refund, replacement, exchange or credit. Note: All returns must have an RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender. PaymentAll orders are pre-paid. For bank transfers please fax or email us the acknowledgement. We will ship your parcel as soon as your payment appears in our account. |
